Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience with manual QA testing on web-based applications
- Understanding of bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with the execution of clear test cases and user stories
- Experience utilizing Test Automation tools
- Proven ability to articulate test requirements clearly and understandably
- Experience within an agile development framework
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to transform user experiences into technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customer success, product, and development teams
- Test product and feature releases to enhance our platform
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback, document it, replicate it, and convert it into actionable steps
- Prioritize and communicate feedback to the development team
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot minor bugs
- Develop and test user stories for new projects
- Think efficiently while leveraging automation
- Actively participate in sprint planning with the development team
- Serve as the final checkpoint before a product or feature is launched
