Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 4 to 10 years of directly relevant work experience, depending on the job level applied for - Strong knowledge of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) settings and policies - Experience with risk assessment and governance frameworks - Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST CSF and HIPAA - Certifications such as CISSP or CRISC are highly preferred - Proven ability to analyze data security outputs and identify vulnerabilities - Exceptional communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze outputs from DSPM tools to detect misconfigurations and unauthorized data flows - Ensure compliance by overseeing the movement of sensitive data across cloud and on-premise systems - Utilize a risk-based approach to prioritize remediation tasks and manage risk registers - Collaborate with the Enterprise Security team to assess and validate technical controls - Align findings from DSPM with governance and privacy standards by working alongside the Chief Data Officer - Uphold adherence to frameworks and regulations in compliance tasks - Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports detailing DSPM findings and risk posture for leadership - Provide clear, business-centric communication of actionable insights to stakeholders
