Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of extensive experience in designing, installing, and maintaining IT platforms, application systems, and related services
- Additional year of experience can substitute for one year of college education (30 semester hours)
- Proficient in utilizing standard office equipment and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Professional and cooperative demeanor with a customer service mindset
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage diverse IT platforms and application systems proactively
- Provide expert troubleshooting, modification, and optimization of infrastructure
- Design and evaluate IT solutions to meet business needs, ensuring thorough documentation
- Maintain infrastructure through patches and upgrades for security and enhancements
- Collaborate with the information security team to ensure robust security measures
- Offer informal training and guidance to team members and customers to support continuous improvement
- Evaluate and test emerging technologies for possible implementation
- Lead infrastructure projects, involving installation, configuration, and documentation of new hardware or software
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, analyze root causes, and deliver timely solutions
- Complete administrative tasks such as report generation and schedule maintenance
- Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as needed
