Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience - Demonstrated experience with Technolutions Slate or other Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with preference for Slate experience - Understanding of third-party application platforms (e.g., Coalition, Common App) - Familiarity with admissions operations, cycle, policies, and support activities - Knowledge of data structures and analytical tools - Experience with data integrations including Web Services, APIs, and SFTPs - Proficient in Python or SQL scripting - Basic knowledge of HTML, Liquid Markup, or CSS - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly - Strong creative and analytical thinking skills - Capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously - Capacity to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision - Maintain a customer-focused and positive demeanor, particularly under pressure - Skill in developing and managing key relationships - Ability to negotiate and influence others - General understanding of the college admission process - Proficient in MS Office applications - Availability for some evening and weekend work

- Develop and implement Technolutions Slate to meet the functional needs of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions - Establish technical and operational processes that uphold data integrity and enhance Slate with a focus on student-centered services - Ensure the optimal performance of Slate in alignment with industry best practices - Recommend changes to Slate policies and procedures that facilitate efficient recruitment and support enrollment targets - Collaborate with colleagues in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and across campus to maximize Slates capabilities - Represent the university at various on- and off-campus recruitment events for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions - Adapt to work during evenings and weekends as needed
