Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree and six years of relevant experience; or a bachelors degree and eight years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for required experience but does not negate minimum degree requirements.
- Experience with Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect for Integrations.
- Strong technical skills and ability to design robust integration solutions.
- Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional analysts to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless data flow while maintaining integrity, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and integration specialists.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals through effective integration architecture.
