Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess a B.A. or B.S. with two to three years of professional experience post-degree, or an M.A. or M.S. with up to one year of post-degree experience. Equivalent specialized training and experience may be considered for individuals without a formal degree. A solid understanding of object-oriented design (OOD) principles and software architecture fundamentals is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development and have experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, as well as modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g., React). Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes is required, along with experience using Git or similar version control systems. Strong written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are necessary, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will work closely with the lead developer and project manager to address inquiries concerning program and project objectives. I will contribute actively as a member of an agile development team, undertaking the analysis, design, and implementation of business requirements. It will be my responsibility to implement and maintain backend services, including data models and APIs, as well as to develop and enhance user interfaces. I will also analyze and optimize system performance, contribute to software quality by writing unit and integration tests, engage in test planning, and support automated testing in continuous integration pipelines. Documentation of all programming tasks and procedures will be necessary, along with the performance of routine software maintenance and other related duties as needed.

This is a full-time, 12-month position that is subject to annual renewal based on funding and performance evaluations. The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, contingent on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
