Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience and training. - Fundamental understanding of project management principles, theories, and concepts with experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). - Experience managing end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder engagement, deployment, stabilization, and post-launch support, along with designing and automating digital workflows and project dashboards to enhance visibility and collaboration. - Proficient in selecting and applying suitable project management techniques, modifying them to meet evolving business needs, and utilizing tracking tools/metrics (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Project) to monitor efforts, costs, and progress on broad, complex initiatives. - Capability to evaluate organizational IT requirements, design appropriate services/processes, and understand the broader impact of technology initiatives. - Proven ability to foresee challenges, devise contingency plans, and maintain keen attention to detail while effectively prioritizing tasks. - Strong written communication skills to clearly convey information across all organizational levels, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships that ensure alignment and facilitate shared decision-making. - Experienced in managing vendors, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and partner deliverables while leading a team of technology professionals. - Ability to integrate critical information across disciplines, comprehend how projects align with broader business strategies, and identify opportunities for process improvement in intricate technical environments.

Responsibilities

- Utilize advanced technical project management concepts to oversee complex projects, applying a full understanding of project management practices and IT policies to provide analysis and solutions to highly intricate project-related challenges. - Execute the project management process for IT products and services, collaborating with diverse departmental or cross-functional teams to initiate, design, and lead project proposals, plans, communications, and reports. - Hold overall project management accountability, potentially leading teams of analysts or other project resources including vendors and contractors, while assembling and guiding large project teams, developing detailed project plans and schedules, and monitoring budgets and resources. - Direct project activities and resources to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints, while interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee the enterprise-level ServiceNow platform, collaborating closely with IT system administrators and IT business analysts to plan, prioritize, and implement enhancements and organization-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational requirements.
