Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science - Over 5 years of experience in creating applications for web and mobile platforms - At least 3 years of experience in developing hybrid and cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native, and modern frameworks such as Flutter or Ionic - Minimum of 3 years of experience in building responsive and dynamic web front-end applications using modern frameworks and technologies including React, Angular, and Tailwind CSS - 3+ years of familiarity with Azure, encompassing Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native tools - In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS platforms - Proficient in working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS and Android applications with back-end services - Experience in crafting rapid UI prototypes for Android and iOS utilizing Figma or similar prototyping tools - Comprehensive understanding of Mobile Application Security best practices - Familiarity with SSO integration and API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Insomnia; knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect standards - Strong skills in object-oriented design, programming, and analytical problem-solving - Proven ability to grasp functional requirements and how systems fulfill those needs - Advanced experience in deployment planning and feedback mechanism creation - Proficient in using Git - Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel - Self-driven individual capable of working independently and as a collaborative team member; effective at learning and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

- Design and create engaging, performance-optimized web and mobile-first user interfaces that prioritize accessibility and user experience - Implement, test, and deploy high-caliber web and mobile applications, incorporating AI-powered or data-driven features when suitable - Develop self-contained, reusable, and testable modules that enhance scalability, maintainability, and effective teamwork within cross-functional development groups - Collaborate with stakeholders—including team members, project managers, and end-users—to assess business needs, analyze workflows, and suggest innovative, AI-enhanced solutions - Create interactive wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive design documentation, utilizing AI-supported design tools to streamline the creative process - Ensure the punctual, dependable, and high-quality delivery of all project outputs while striving for continuous performance improvement through automation, analytics, and feedback loops
