Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess a high school diploma or a similar qualification, in addition to specialized training in information services. While an associate's degree is preferred, you should have at least one year of experience as a Computer Operations Analyst within a healthcare setting. Ideally, we prefer candidates with three years of relevant experience. A minimum of two years of experience is a must, with preference given to those familiar with UNIX systems. Experience with Compaq mainframes would be advantageous. We also value previous supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the shift and managing staff performance. I will operate the Health System's computer systems across a multi-platform environment. It will be my duty to authorize, coordinate, and schedule both routine and emergency repairs. Furthermore, I will provide training on all computer systems and peripheral devices to my team members.
