Requirements

Must:
- Demonstrated experience in front-end development with expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (and TypeScript), jQuery, Bootstrap, and principles of responsive web design. - Strong back-end development capabilities using PHP, Python (Django), Ruby on Rails, C#, or Java within MVC frameworks such as Spring or ASP.NET. - Familiarity with contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular for constructing interactive UI elements. - Practical experience managing databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and SQLite; proficiency in SQL queries is crucial. - Awareness of containerization technologies like Docker along with orchestration tools such as Ansible for automating deployments. - Experience with version control systems, specifically Git (GitHub) or SVN, to effectively oversee code repositories. - Comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins or similar tools for continuous integration. - Capability to develop RESTful APIs and integrate external web services employing SOAP or GraphQL protocols. - Familiarity with web hosting environments such as Tomcat servers or Linux-based systems; experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms is beneficial. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently across teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop and sustain robust e-commerce platforms employing modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Angular and React. - Create user-centric interfaces by designing wireframes and collaborating with UX/UI teams to improve user flows and overall website design. - Implement and maintain back-end systems using PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components. - Enhance website performance through precise system architecture planning, responsive web design, SEO best practices, and data visualization strategies. - Oversee databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and others for secure storage of product data, customer details, and transaction records. - Automate deployment processes utilizing CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions while incorporating Docker and DevOps methodologies for scalable application development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices through tools like Jira or Trello to deliver high-quality software punctually. - Safeguard website security by implementing RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, GraphQL queries, and adhering to best practices for web services integration. - Conduct unit testing and code reviews to uphold code quality standards throughout all development phases. - Support system architecture planning in cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure, to boost scalability and reliability of e-commerce solutions.
