Assistant Manager, Security Systems Tech

- Direct the operations of the Security surveillance team and provide support for extensive video surveillance systems across Universal Kids Resort. - Collaborate with various internal and external partners to ensure timely repairs and replacements. - Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues and system outages 24/7. - Establish and implement resort-wide video surveillance standards to meet security requirements. - Lead the Loss Prevention and Investigations team in case management for all internal inquiries. - Analyze Security activities and support trend analysis related to theft or loss as reported by Team Members and Guests. - Facilitate Loss Prevention training programs to enhance awareness and prevention strategies. - Produce comprehensive reports on theft investigations for leadership review, targeting initiatives to safeguard company assets. - Oversee daily incident reviews to optimize system functionality and minimize downtimes. - Manage the administration of software licenses, equipment warranties, and budget allocations for security systems. - Create loss prevention strategies and oversee inventory control analytics to minimize theft and protect assets. - Ensure robust training programs for Officers to enhance their ability to deter theft and monitor integrity. - Administer all aspects of property access control, including ID processing and key control. - Manage the Team Member ID Processing/Access Control office and supervise Security staff on policy adherence. - Lead efforts to hire, train, and develop team members to boost satisfaction levels for both staff and guests. - Serve as a liaison with law enforcement agencies and coordinate investigations of criminal activity or major incidents. - Engage actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities to follow established policies and procedures. - Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
