Assistant Manager, Security Systems Tech

- Oversee the operations of the Security surveillance team and ensure comprehensive support for video surveillance systems throughout the property - Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to manage repairs and replacements promptly - Participate in an on-call program to address urgent issues 24/7 throughout the year - Develop and implement resort-wide video surveillance standards - Manage the Loss Prevention and Investigations team and handle case management for internal investigations - Analyze Security activity and monitor theft or loss trends, offering necessary support - Administer educational programs focused on Loss Prevention awareness - Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for leadership regarding trends and asset recovery initiatives - Ensure daily and weekly incident reviews by the Security team to optimize system performance - Generate regular statistical reports on outages and system downtimes - Oversee software licenses, equipment warranties, and budget for systems - Implement and audit surveillance controls to maintain compliance with Security standards - Formulate strategies for loss prevention and inventory control analytics - Coordinate activities of the Loss Prevention team and ensure effective case management - Supervise ID Processing, Key Control, and visitor management for the resort - Organize coverage for the Team Member ID Processing office and ensure compliance with related policies - Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members to boost satisfaction levels - Foster collaboration with law enforcement agencies and manage criminal investigations - Actively engage in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per established policies - Perform additional duties as required
