As a Software Architect at Optum Serve, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while tackling significant challenges. Our compensation package includes a salary ranging from $110,200 to $188,800 annually for full-time employment, based on various factors such as local job market conditions, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, an equity stock purchase option, and 401k contributions (eligibility conditions apply).
