Data Engineering Senior Manager, People Team

In this role, I will have you serve as a primary resource for executives and senior leadership while leading a global data enablement team. You will set goals, provide mentorship, and facilitate development plans and performance assessments. Collaboration with other leaders in people analytics is crucial as you drive strategy, delivery, and enhancements. You are expected to challenge conventional methods and persuade senior leadership to embrace innovative ideas, products, or approaches. As a thought leader, your subject matter expertise will guide community insights. You will be responsible for addressing complex issues, data discrepancies, and urgent requests. Assessing customer requests for feasibility, priority, and complexity, you will document and delegate accordingly. You will manage the backlog of requests and ensure alignment with priorities and timelines, leading projects in line with key objectives for People Analytics. Frequent communications regarding project progress, including deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, will also be part of your duties. You’ll design and implement scalable data architectures while mentoring your team and promoting continuous process improvements.
