Technical Support Specialist

- I will provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. - I will log, track, and document all support requests through various channels while adhering to SLA expectations. - Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, mailboxes, and security groups in Active Directory and related systems is part of my role. - I will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, Windows OS, and approved software applications, as well as deploy OS patches and updates. - Maintaining IT asset inventory and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when necessary is essential to my responsibilities. - I will monitor security alerts and potential threats in collaboration with the IT security team and assist in enforcing cybersecurity policies. - Providing secure onboarding and offboarding for users, conducting basic security assessments, and ensuring systems are updated with the latest antivirus and security configurations is critical. - My role will include participating in security awareness initiatives to educate users on safe computing practices. ###
