- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - Advanced skills in critical thinking and data analytics using various data collection methods - Familiarity with Jaspersoft, JavaScript, Microsoft Suite, Temenos, Keystone, ODP/JMFA platform, NCR Digital Banking platform/support, and Co-op Support Platform - Proven experience in SQL, data mining, and Excel for analysis - Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with effective phone rapport - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting - Collaborative team player supporting departmental and organizational objectives and member needs - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong analytical and project management capabilities - Understanding of the UAT life cycle - Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail - Proficient in research and problem-solving - Ability to create a performing loan application - Proficient computer skills - Familiarity with money and banking concepts - Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection procedures along with internal control and risk mitigation strategies - Awareness of local, state, and federal laws/regulations including Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and Bank Secrecy Act - Working knowledge of LLM / GPT models - Flexibility to work various hours based on business requirements, including weekends and evenings
