Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, automation, and reporting
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations or serving as a product manager across multiple modules
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft or similar
- Background in SaaS, manufacturing, or field services industries
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira
- Strategic thinker with capacity to link CRM functionalities to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to convey complex system concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Salesforce product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement
- Define and uphold a cohesive Salesforce roadmap congruent with enterprise goals, focusing on customer acquisition and operational efficiency
- Assess new Salesforce features and integration opportunities to enhance platform value
- Promote consistency and scalability across all Salesforce modules
- Act as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams
- Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Organize cross-functional prioritization meetings to resolve conflicting needs
- Update stakeholders and end users on platform strategy and roadmaps
- Spearhead the implementation and testing of new Salesforce features
- Manage data governance and security across Salesforce instances
- Develop change management protocols and training to ensure smooth adoption
- Collaborate with IT to maintain compliance with data protection standards
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to CRM usage and service efficiency
- Partner with teams to refine analytics and reporting capabilities
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies using Salesforce tools
- Stay informed about Salesforce advancements to recommend platform enhancements
