- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers while influencing technical strategy and establishing best practices

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Operations) to achieve business outcomes
- Champion engineering excellence through code evaluations, technical designs, documentation, and mentorship
- Develop reliable, scalable, and ethical AI systems that adhere to enterprise-grade standards
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / Technical Lead to oversee the creation and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions within our product ecosystem. This role combines extensive technical know-how with leadership abilities, focusing on architecting innovative solutions and guiding engineering teams. Our ideal candidate is passionate about crafting dependable, production-ready AI applications rather than mere research prototypes. This position is contract-to-hire and will take place onsite at the Denver Tech Center four days a week.
