Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- At least 8 years in Agile coaching roles
- Proven experience in guiding Agile product transformations in large, complex environments
- Certifications: Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent credentials
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
- Strong systems thinking abilities to manage complex organizational structures
- Deep understanding of technical practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and product-focused practices
- Proven ability to nurture continuous learning and improvement within teams
- Expertise in metrics-driven coaching, effectively utilizing Agile metrics for informed decision-making
- Passion for mentoring teams on technical excellence, such as test-driven development (TDD) and paired programming
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support for large-scale Agile Product transformation initiatives, aligned with organizational strategic objectives
- Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership to develop and implement a customized coaching roadmap for Agile transformation
- Coach product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to enhance Agile maturity
- Partner with product teams to incorporate Agile and product-centric practices to improve delivery and business value
- Serve as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leaders, reinforcing Agile principles and practices
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs aimed at upskilling teams and leaders on Agile methodologies
- Educate teams on technical best practices, including DevOps, XP engineering practices, and Lean principles
- Foster a culture of learning and adaptation by implementing effective retrospectives and data-driven decision-making
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and suggest actionable strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint challenges in Agile adoption and deliver tailored coaching
- Facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless Agile transformation process
- Standardize Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows across teams
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Align for optimizing Agile processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing reporting
- Establish and monitor metrics for team health, project velocity, and overall transformation progress
