Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving programming (such as physics or mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Unix/Linux operating systems, web servers, and Internet-based applications.
- Proficient in scripting and modifying code to enhance monitoring or deployment (C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby).
- Ability to engage with clients and respond promptly to various inquiries.
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design (preferred).
- Multilingual programming capability (preferred).
- Strong customer service, leadership, organizational, and communication skills (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Operate in a dynamic environment, ensuring product uptime and availability for our customers.
- Address support tickets in line with team-defined Service Level Objectives (SLO).
- Collaborate with clients through all development stages, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and post-deployment support.
- Engage in thorough code reviews, estimation sessions, and architectural discussions while adhering to established best practices.
