Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline or 4+ years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in an IT support position
- Minimum of 3 years of familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems
- Microsoft Certification or CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Shepherdsville, KY
- Experience thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proficient grasp of the English language
Responsibilities
- Assist with all desktop, laptop, and mobile phone functionalities
- Handle account creation, management, modification, and removal within Microsoft Active Directory and Entra
- Support on-site and off-site hardware and software setup, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Manage the procurement of hardware, IT supplies, and ensure sufficient stock for both maintenance and new setups
- Supervise the support ticket queue
- Document, track, and record solutions for the service desk
- Distribute equipment as required
- Monitor and document issued equipment and assets accordingly
- Conduct maintenance on desktops and laptops
