Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities
- Previous experience in Managed Services is a strong advantage
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Background in IT support roles
- Familiarity with O365
- Proficient knowledge of networking concepts
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+ are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software maintenance and support to end users
- Install and set up IT equipment, including network systems
- Maintain network security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Investigate and address reported problems effectively
- Research and implement effective solutions
- Keep detailed documentation of all support calls, requests, and actions taken

This full-time, permanent role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
