You should have a minimum of ten years of experience in deploying technical and functional solutions on the Oracle ERP platform R12. A background of at least seven years with R12 Financial and Core HCM solutions is essential, preferably with end-to-end solutions. Additionally, I expect you to have at least five years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) ERP Financial and Core HCM solutions. Experience integrating Oracle's Fusion ERP with third-party solutions, master data management, and business analytics is crucial. Moreover, familiarity with project financial cutover activities, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and strong operational experience in multiple process areas is necessary. You should also possess basic project management skills, a complete understanding of the ERP application implementation life cycle, and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

I expect you to implement comprehensive business solutions by utilizing standard Oracle Cloud Fusion applications to drive simplicity and reuse of Financial and HCM Core functionality. You will facilitate business process reengineering activities in collaboration with various business units to deploy solutions aligning with the UniFirst Global Template. It will be your duty to support all integration solutions with third-party applications related to Financial and HCM Core solutions, including managing master data and financial transactions. Partnering with strategic implementation partners, you'll lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new or enhanced functionalities. You'll ensure that Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) are accurately defined and approved, and that test scripts are developed for various testing levels. You will also support defect management and document auditing requirements, alongside utilizing approved change management processes to guide implementation changes.

Description

Working closely with our Managed Services Partner, you will support all supply chain planning processes in Steady State mode and oversee regular global status meetings with key business partners across various regions. Your role will include evaluating new functionality opportunities within the Oracle EBS application to enhance our business processes and ensuring high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) during business unit transitions. You will collaborate with other Oracle ERP and IT Infrastructure team members to ensure efficient support and change management procedures, while also supporting UniFirst's Oracle Cloud Fusion solution infrastructure for continuous improvement initiatives. This position is hybrid, requiring 50% on-site attendance and increased presence during key strategic initiatives. At UniFirst, we value building strong relationships across functional teams and strive to maintain a collaborative, inclusive work environment. We offer a range of benefits, including a 401K with company match, health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, making it an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a leading organization within the garment and uniform services industry. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity in our workplace.
