Requirements

Must:
- I need a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - The ideal applicant should possess at least ten years of technical and functional solution deployment experience on the Oracle ERP Financial platform, specifically R12. - A minimum of seven years of experience with R12 Financial solutions, such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Tax is required, preferably with complete end-to-end solutions. - At least five years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) ERP Financial solutions, ideally involving end-to-end implementations. - Experience integrating Oracle’s Fusion ERP Financial solutions with third-party applications and master data management solutions is essential. - The candidate should demonstrate experience in project financial cutover activities, including reconciliation and validation of financial data during project launches. - Proficiency in deploying Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) principles, both Gen1 and Gen2, as well as knowledge of Oracle's tax solutions is necessary. - I expect advanced experience with JIRA for tracking business and application solutions throughout the project lifecycle. - Experience in project estimation and management is a must. - Strong operational background in various process areas, including standard GL/SLA transactions and financial closing processes, is important. - Basic project management skills for defining and executing project plans to achieve objectives are required. - A complete understanding of the ERP application implementation lifecycle and experience supporting SOX compliance, both internally and externally, is expected. - Proficient skills in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis during problem-solving are also required. - Familiarity with transitioning business solutions to a steady state while collaborating with managed services partners in a functional help desk role.

Responsibilities

- I am looking for someone who can implement comprehensive business solutions by utilizing standard Oracle Cloud Fusion applications to enhance simplification and reusability of Fusion ERP Financial solutions, including AP, AR, CM, and Tax. - Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives in collaboration with business units to deploy solutions that adhere to the UniFirst Global Template. - Support all integration solutions with third-party applications utilized in Financial: AP, AR, CM, and Tax, focusing on master data management and financial transactions. - Lead design, configuration, testing, and the deployment of new or enhanced functionality alongside strategic implementation partners. - Ensure Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) are clearly defined and reviewed prior to Technical Specification Document (TSD) creation. - Guarantee TSDs are adequately defined and appraised before proceeding with related build activities. - Ensure Configuration Workbooks are properly defined and approved, and execute configurations as needed. - Develop test scripts for varying levels of testing or validation activities, supporting defect management and documentation auditing needs. - Employ approved change management processes for documenting and implementing changes. - Assist with the creation of Oracle Guide content as directed by the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team and support Knowledge Transfer during hyper-care phases with our managed services partner. - Consistently evaluate new opportunities for functionality within the Oracle ERP system to facilitate business process improvements. - Handle all Master Data Management (MDM) requirements related to business unit transitions and ongoing maintenance to ensure high-quality MDM. - Develop and execute project plans for implementing new functionalities in conjunction with managed service partners. - Facilitate ongoing steady-state business processes for deployed solutions, conducting regular global status meetings with key stakeholders across various business units. - Manage total business solutions project architecture to support process optimization programs alongside business process owners, establishing, tracking, and managing critical KPIs applicable to defined processes for business analytics and reporting requirements. - Analyze quarterly updates from Oracle Cloud Fusion for relevant business processes and associated modules to support planned patch releases. - Develop end-to-end process documentation using global standard toolsets, forming the foundation for test scripts, training materials, and business communications. - Provide support for training curriculum and requirements for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users, including the onboarding process defined by HR. - Collaboratively engage with Oracle ERP team members and IT Infrastructure team members to ensure efficient support and change management practices. - Support the infrastructure requirements of UniFirst’s Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions to meet all continuous improvement project needs.
