Requirements

Must:
- I am looking for candidates with a BS/BA degree in Information Technology or a related functional field. - I require at least ten (10) years of experience in technical/functional solution deployment on the Oracle ERP platform, particularly R12 (Oracle Business Systems Analyst). - I seek candidates with a minimum of seven (7) years working with R12 Financial and Core HCM solutions, ideally in end-to-end implementations. - At least five (5) years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) ERP Financial and Core HCM solutions is essential, preferably in complete solutions. - Experience in integrating Oracle's Fusion ERP Financial and Core HCM solutions with third-party systems, master data management solutions, and business analytics is a must. - I need someone knowledgeable in supporting project financial cutover activities, reconciliation, and data validation for project launches. - Familiarity with deploying and utilizing Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – Gen1 or Gen2, as well as Oracle tax solutions, is required. - Advanced knowledge and experience in using JIRA for complete traceability of business and application solutions are necessary. - Applicants should possess the ability to provide project estimates and manage projects effectively. - Strong experience in various process areas, including standard GL/SLA transactions and the financial close process is important. - Basic project management skills are needed, along with a comprehensive understanding of the ERP application implementation lifecycle. - Experience in supporting SOX compliance, including internal and external audits, is required. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis during problem resolution is essential. - Additionally, I am looking for someone with experience transitioning business solutions to a steady state while collaborating with a managed services partner for functional support.

Responsibilities

- My expectation is for you to implement comprehensive business solutions by utilizing standard Oracle Cloud Fusion applications technology, aiming for simplification and reusability of Fusion ERP Financial and HCM Core functionalities. - You will need to facilitate business process reengineering activities in collaboration with business units to deploy solutions that align with the UniFirst Global Template solution. - Supporting all integration solutions with third-party applications utilized in Financial and HCM Core solutions, including master data management and financial transactions, is essential. - You will partner with strategic implementation partners to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhanced functionalities, business flows, and modules. This includes ensuring that Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) are clearly defined and approved prior to building activities. Additionally, it will be necessary to ensure Configuration Workbooks are accurately defined and to develop test scripts for various testing and validation activities. - You will support the creation of OGL content guidance as necessary and assist with Knowledge Transition, especially during hyper care mode with our managed service partners. - Regular evaluation of new functionality opportunities within Oracle EBS applications to assist in business process reengineering efforts is required. - You will support all Master Data Management requirements in relation to business unit transitions and ongoing maintenance to ensure high MDM quality. - The development and execution of new functionality implementation project plans will fall under your remit. - Together with the managed services partner, you will support ongoing Steady State business processes for deployed solutions and lead regular global status meetings with key business partners from each unit or region. - In cooperation with business process owners, you will establish, monitor, and manage critical KPIs for the defined business processes, catering to both Business Analytics and reporting requirements. - It will be necessary for you to analyze Oracle Cloud Fusion quarterly updates concerning the defined business processes and related modules, supporting strategically planned patch releases as well as special one-off patches. - Developing comprehensive process documentation using global standard toolsets, which will serve as a foundation for test scripts, training materials, and business communications, is included in your responsibilities. - You will support process owner, super user, and end-user training needs, including the onboarding process defined by HR. - Collaboration with other Oracle ERP team members and IT Infrastructure staff is essential to ensure efficient support and change management procedures. - You will also support UniFirst’s Oracle Cloud Fusion solution infrastructure needs to meet all continuous improvement project requirements.
