ERP Solutions Architect

- I implement comprehensive business solutions by leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion applications (SaaS/PaaS) technology to foster simplicity and reusability. - I lead business process reengineering initiatives within various business units to deploy solutions that adhere to the UniFirst Global Template standards. - I oversee the development team, including third-party strategic partners and internal resources, throughout the SDLC process, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. - I support integration solutions (design/build/test) between Oracle Cloud ERP and various third-party applications involved in financial processes, such as payment processing and bank integrations. - I collaborate with strategic implementation partners to direct design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities or enhancements. - I ensure that test scripts are developed for various testing and validation activities and utilize approved change management processes to document and implement changes. - I engage with UniFirst’s IT peers in Technical Lead positions for MDM, Integration/Middleware, Conversion, and Reporting to foster collaboration. - I work with the UniFirst PMO to ensure the timely completion of projects involving Oracle ERP technical and functional solutions. - I analyze quarterly updates to Oracle Cloud Fusion based on defined business processes and related modules. - I create end-to-end process documentation using global standard toolsets, forming the foundation for training materials and business communications. - I support training curriculum requirements for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users as necessary. - I collaborate with other Senior Business Analysts and IT team members to ensure effective support and change management procedures. - I assist in meeting Oracle Cloud Fusion solution infrastructure needs in support of all continuous improvement projects. - I work alongside the BRM team on change management activities associated with Oracle Cloud Fusion, ensuring process documentation aligns with training materials. - I constantly assess new functional opportunities within Oracle Fusion ERP applications to bolster business process reengineering efforts. - I oversee all Master Data Management (MDM) requirements linked to business unit transitions and ensure ongoing high-quality MDM maintenance. - I facilitate continuous business processes for deployed solutions and conduct global status meetings with key business partners. - In collaboration with business process owners, I establish, track, and manage critical KPIs to fulfill both Business Analytics and reporting requirements.
