Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience shipping functional software utilizing AI coding tools as a significant aspect of your workflow
- Solid engineering principles and proficiency in debugging across various layers of technology
- Proficient in React/TypeScript and/or Python
- Familiarity with API development, service integration, and data model management
- Critical evaluation skills for AI-generated code rather than accepting it at face value
- Strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and readiness to operate in a startup environment
- Passion for mission-driven initiatives that assist healthcare providers and patients
- Willingness to work onsite in the Denver metropolitan area
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine features across our web application, APIs, AWS backend services, and data workflows
- Transform product and clinical specifications into functioning software
- Leverage AI coding tools for rapid prototyping, implementation, refactoring, and accelerating development processes
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated code for quality, maintainability, security, and correctness
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, clinical stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Contribute to engineering practices suitable for a regulated healthcare setting
- Optimize internal development processes, prompts, and agent-driven coding methodologies
- Ensure the team maintains high quality without sacrificing speed
