Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Over 10 years of expertise in the SAP technical field, including development, with a robust comprehension of SAP functional areas.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an SAP Technical Architect on the S/4HANA and SAP BTP platforms.
- Strong familiarity with S/4HANA Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance modules, along with insights into business processes in the retail and fashion sectors.
- Profound knowledge of SAP BTP architecture, services, administration, and security frameworks.
- Practical experience with SAP AI functionalities (e.g., Joule, AI Core, AI services) and integrating AI solutions into SAP business operations.
- Experience in crafting and deploying cloud-native and AI-integrated applications.
- In-depth understanding of cloud application deployment concepts like environment provisioning, configuration management, scalability, resilience, and deployment strategies within cloud-native frameworks.
- Comprehensive grasp of HANA database architecture and optimization strategies.
- Architectural understanding of designing and developing scalable custom SAP solutions.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, intelligent integrations, and API-led connectivity.
- Solid understanding of API standards, design principles, and governance frameworks, including API management systems.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing across Enterprise Architecture, AI, and business sectors.
- Highly self-motivated, driven, and adept at delivering results with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, transformation-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advance the comprehensive technical architecture for SAP tech stack including S/4HANA and SAP BTP, ensuring consistency with business strategies and SAP best practices.
- Spearhead AI integration within the SAP landscape, pinpointing opportunities to utilize SAP-native and cloud-based AI capabilities to enhance business processes and decision making.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture and AI groups to synchronize SAP AI projects with enterprise AI strategy, governance, and standards.
- Partner with the Enterprise integration team to establish an event-driven architecture for SAP systems.
- Define and manage SAP BTP architecture, covering services, environments, security, networking, and lifecycle management.
- Design and oversee the development of AI-driven and cloud-native applications on SAP BTP that support corporate, distribution center, and store operations.
- Guide architectural decisions concerning event-driven architectures, APIs, and integration models; establish guidelines for API design, governance, and reuse within the SAP domain.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance for ABAP and Fiori application design, ensuring usability, performance, extensibility, and enhanced user experiences.
- Outline and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevSecOps procedures for SAP and BTP solutions.
- Act as a principal advisor on HANA database architecture and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with BASIS, functional, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical challenges and maintain platform stability.
- Work alongside cross-functional partners to implement transformation initiatives that integrate automation, intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
- Mentor and guide developers and architects, encouraging innovation while ensuring architectural integrity.
