Requirements
Must:
- Full-time, 12-week internship available exclusively for Junior-status college students.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in psychology, human factors, UX design or research, or a closely related discipline.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX Design or Research experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research for business initiatives, which includes developing test plans, producing deliverables, and presenting findings.
- Utilize data and insights to advocate for customer-centric design choices.
- Support design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to implement UX projects.
