Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute enterprise-wide system solutions in a Microsoft Windows Server and VMware environment.
- Manage and oversee server software, hardware, and associated applications and systems.
- Lead IT Hosting Services initiatives, sharing technical knowledge and mentoring junior engineers.
- Supervise and provide support for Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Document, implement, and evaluate IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions.
