Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Java development and SQL.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing Microservices with the Java Spring framework.
- A minimum of 2 years managing and deploying Java microservices on Kubernetes platforms, particularly RedHat OpenShift.

- Lead the transition to a robust, always-on microservices framework using RedHat OpenShift.
- Create and secure scalable cloud-native applications employing Java and Spring Boot.
- Improve system observability and monitoring across a multitude of microservices utilizing tools such as DynaTrace, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
- Optimize deployment processes through a GitOps-driven CI/CD pipeline based on Tekton and Argo CD.
