Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT with a substantial background in software development or application projects.
- At least 5 years of experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of high-visibility IT Application Development projects.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, promoting Uline best practices and driving performance excellence.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
- Deliver clear and informative updates on project progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them with suggested solutions as necessary.
