Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 5 years in Software Design / Architecture with direct development experience.
- Skilled with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, such as Intune, Jamf, and MECM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT teams to create, test, and deploy QA strategies for device configuration, application installations, and system updates.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing technical insights and establishing best practices to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Conduct root cause analysis with data to compile reports and deliver recommendations aimed at resolving complex issues and enhancing desktop performance.
- Work alongside IT Security teams to assess processes and guarantee they align with security protocols and business needs.
