Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 2 years of experience in people management with a solid foundation in programming languages such as Java, Angular, or JavaScript
- Proven ability to develop a team and oversee full project lifecycles

Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 3 to 5 developers, mentoring and guiding them in the design and development of intricate applications based on business needs
- Offer technical direction and support to ensure the creation of scalable and resilient software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure technology design aligns with business objectives
