Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Over 8 years of experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix
- Willingness to travel to branch and international locations
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven capability to manage within a matrix and global organization
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver highly available, dependable, and cost-efficient hosting solutions
- Gather requirements from end users, department heads, or other IT discipline teams
- Offer leadership, guidance, and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services projects
- Architect solutions and conduct POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to create architectural models prior to POC implementation
- Document, implement, and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions
- Initiate, facilitate, and encourage activities that promote discoveries in IT Hosting Services architecture
- Lead efforts to enhance Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change, and problem management
