Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in application development with at least 5 years in a leadership role for software architects
- Demonstrated ability to design software architectures for both custom development and packaged software solutions
- Experience in developing custom application software as well as implementing packaged software
- Please note that we do not participate in the H1-B lottery
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a team of software architects focused on creating and maintaining effective architectures
- Foster relationships and collaborate with application delivery teams to provide architectural support and services
- Oversee the planning and execution of architecture services that facilitate software delivery while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
