Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT with a strong background in software development or application projects.
- More than 3 years of experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of IT Application Development projects.
- Facilitate project meetings and scrum ceremonies, engaging senior IT and business leaders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and staffing requirements.
- Deliver clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and record project risks and issues, escalating them with proposed solutions as necessary.
