Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Data, or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to Ulines North American and international locations as required
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery
Responsibilities
- Convert raw data into comprehensive business insights for Ulines President and senior leadership
- Analyze operational challenges, collaborating across teams to devise improvement strategies
- Innovate and assist in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives
- Monitor customer feedback and translate their input into actionable steps
- Utilize research and analytical skills during audits to provide informed recommendations for departmental enhancements
