Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
- Over 3 years of practical experience with ElasticSearch or HashiCorp Vault, including expertise in installation, configuration, support, log analysis, and performance optimization.
- More than 3 years of experience with Docker or Kubernetes container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI / ML in operational contexts (AIOps) is advantageous.
- Uline does not take part in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a contemporary observability stack (ElasticSearch, Prometheus/Thanos, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, etc.) and contribute to future developments.
- Create and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar technologies.
- Ensure end-to-end visibility across distributed systems through real-time metrics, logs, traces, and SLO-based alert notifications.
- Affect architectural choices and establish best practices for performance, reliability, and incident management.
