RevOps Director

- Serve as the HubSpot Super Admin, creating and sustaining workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and commission tracking frameworks - Oversee and enhance Chargebee operations (billing and subscriptions), ensuring smooth functionality with HubSpot - Automate revenue recognition, invoicing, and renewal processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy - Develop and maintain commission calculations within HubSpot, ensuring they reflect precise, real-time sales information - Create seamless data flows between HubSpot, Chargebee, and associated tools (e.g., Aircall, Fathom, Google Sheets) - Identify and integrate automations that minimize manual tasks and improve visibility across the customer lifecycle - Collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and scalable - Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership, providing a unified view of data - Convert raw data into actionable insights that guide business strategies - Lead data analytics and BI initiatives, connecting multiple data sources to identify trends and performance gaps - Assist in strategic planning through precise forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance analysis - Advocate for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems - Establish best practices for data entry, management, and validation - Work collaboratively across departments to ensure that decisions are based on trustworthy data - Manage and mentor a small, cross-disciplinary team (CRM Specialist, IT Manager) - Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on objectives and priorities - Provide guidance to the VP of Finance on technological enhancements, process automation, and new efficiency opportunities
