Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Experience in technology application development and/or infrastructure implementation
- Deep knowledge in at least one technology domain related to applications, infrastructure, operations, or tooling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience in fostering trust and relationship-building with management and stakeholders
- Understanding of technical architecture standards, principles, and applicable risk management practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to comprehend strategic objectives, requirements, and risk assessments
- Utilize expertise to formulate architectural strategies and roadmaps that enhance business capabilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to guide priority setting and execution of solutions
- Evaluate domain applications to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks
- Advise business leaders on recommended actions to improve technology solutions
- Define and document architecture standards for compliance within the technology domain
- Apply risk assessment methods to approve or reject waivers to architecture standards
- Participate in workstream planning, design reviews, and troubleshooting in the technology ecosystem
- Provide mentorship to new architects and engineers in a collaborative manner
- Ensure accurate documentation of architecture practices and timely completion of related tasks
- Establish external industry relationships to enhance reputation in the technology domain
- Pursue professional certifications and contribute to industry discussions to achieve external recognition
- Identify, measure, and control risks associated with business activities per compliance policies
