Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree; or 4 years of equivalent experience may substitute for the degree
- Minimum of 10 years in the Information Technology sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in technology application development and/or infrastructure implementation
- In-depth knowledge of at least one technology domain from various perspectives (application, infrastructure, operational, etc.)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong experience in building high-trust relationships with management and stakeholders
- Familiarity with technical architecture standards, principles, and applicable regulations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to comprehend strategy, requirements, and risks for business functions
- Utilize expertise to make informed technology decisions and develop architectural artifacts
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Evaluate domain applications with business owners to identify opportunities and risks
- Offer guidance to business owners on proposed actions
- Define and document architecture standards to ensure compliance across technology solutions
- Apply risk assessment methodologies to approve or reject waivers to architecture standards
- Participate in activities supporting the technology ecosystem, such as planning and solution design reviews
- Provide professional mentorship to architects, engineers, and IT colleagues
- Maintain architecture documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Establish external relationships to enhance our business function through industry engagement
- Pursue professional growth through certifications, presentations, and publications
- Ensure risks within business activities are properly identified and managed according to compliance policies
