Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of four additional years of experience beyond the minimum educational requirement. We seek individuals with at least six years of software development experience that demonstrates a deep technical comprehension in specific disciplines or technologies. Candidates should also have a minimum of four years of experience in delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software application development lifecycle, including leading code and design reviews. A basic understanding of one or more technologies such as Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, or Python is necessary. Proven experience in researching and resolving technical issues creatively and addressing production challenges is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of security coding practices and cloud technologies is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, code, and test complex tactical and strategic technical solutions across various technologies. You will collaborate with engineers and architects within your team and occasionally with those outside your domain. Leading code and design reviews will be part of your responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning. You will develop intricate algorithms to meet business requirements, investigate, and resolve complex application and system issues by directing the troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions. Mentoring other engineers, reviewing their code, and helping shape architectural standards in your domain will be key tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying system performance issues, including technical debt, and optimizing solutions while ensuring that associated business risks are effectively recognized and managed in line with compliance policies.
