Software Engineer II - Mainframe - SAN ANTONIO

We are looking for a dedicated Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our Mainframe Utilities and zDevOps team within the Platform Infrastructure group. In this position, your role will be crucial in maintaining the high availability of Mainframe applications and improving the productivity of our Mainframe developers. You will assist in refining and enhancing Mainframe Utilities and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Mainframe applications. This role requires close collaboration with business, product management, and IT partners across USAA. We offer a flexible work environment, typically requiring an in-office presence 4 days a week, with positions available in San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Charlotte, NC. Note that relocation assistance is not available for this role. Our compensation range for this role is between $93,770 and $179,240, with actual salary varying based on location and experience.
