Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of related experience may substitute for degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, databases, and product management tools
- Extensive knowledge of various technical software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
- Advanced skills in analyzing business requirements and process flows for improvements
- Expertise in Process Engineering methodologies
- Proven ability to independently gather business requirements and develop delivery solutions
- Familiarity with federal regulations including FED_OCC Third Party Rel 2013-29, Reg W, GLBA, and UDAAP
- Experience with verification and eligibility processes
- Technical knowledge of backend infrastructure
- Familiarity with Jira Software and/or Clarity
- US military background or connection through family relationships
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business experts to comprehend strategy and vision, writing and prioritizing user stories or features accordingly
- Manage and sustain a prioritized backlog for Agile teams
- Ensure completeness of user stories with acceptance criteria for testing by the Agile teams
- Review output from business and IT development against specified acceptance criteria
- Act as the business representative during product delivery cycles, advocating for customer perspectives
- Engage with cross-functional teams including user experience partners, designers, and developers to align with program roadmaps
- Partner with stakeholders and IT to document business processes and understand their needs and risks
- Prepare the business for changes by providing tactics and metrics for effective adoption
- Utilize existing change management practices when necessary
- Oversee development, testing, and controls across various technologies
- Seek opportunities for function enhancement within the business development discipline
- Coach and mentor other Product Owners
- Lead development efforts across multiple teams, managing risks according to compliance policies
