Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in data and analytics within a financial services organization
- 3 years of leadership experience in developing and guiding high-performing teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of business metrics and industry practices
- Experience in project management utilizing Agile methodologies
- Ability to conduct large-scale data analysis for informed decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for conveying data insights to executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of data storage and analytics
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to establish and implement information delivery strategies
- Oversee the entire process of data management and analytics delivery
- Integrate industry best practices into current processes and strategic plans
- Provide thought leadership to influence data architecture decisions
- Identify reporting opportunities and manage advanced self-service capabilities
- Offer strategic insights to senior leadership to meet functional objectives
- Set analytic direction aligned with business strategies
- Manage work priorities and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of business processes and corresponding data applications
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced data techniques for business problem-solving
- Monitor and control risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies
