Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree - Minimum 6 years of software development experience demonstrating a strong technical background in specific technologies - At least 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews - Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, or Python - Proven experience in researching technical issues and proposing innovative solutions - Experience in troubleshooting applications and systems to resolve production issues - Ability to effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions - Strong understanding of secure coding practices and fundamental security concepts - Familiarity with cloud technologies and tools

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, code, and test intricate technical solutions across various technologies, including emerging technologies - Collaborate with engineers or architects within the team and occasionally with external domains to integrate existing systems and tools - Lead code and design reviews, keeping stakeholders informed to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning - Develop complex algorithms to address business needs - Investigate and resolve complicated application and system technical issues, directing troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions - Mentor and coach engineers on the design, development, and maintenance of systems; review teammates code - Shape and influence the future of domain architecture and quality standards, identifying and measuring system performance issues - Ensure risks related to business activities are effectively identified, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies
