Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
- 6 years of software development experience showcasing deep technical understanding in specific technologies
- 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python
- Proven experience in researching technical issues and crafting innovative solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and resolving production issues
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and present solutions
- Strong understanding of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals
- Experience working with cloud technologies and tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies
- Collaborate with Engineers and Architects both within and outside of the team on system integration
- Lead code/design reviews and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Develop sophisticated algorithms to meet business needs
- Investigate and resolve intricate application and system technical challenges
- Mentor and coach engineers on system design, development, and maintenance
- Influence and shape the architecture and quality standards of your domain
- Identify and optimize system performance issues, including technical debt
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are measured and monitored in line with compliance policies
