Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years may substitute for a degree)
- At least 6 years of experience in software development with strong technical knowledge in specific technologies
- Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python
- Proven problem-solving skills in researching technical issues and providing innovative solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and systems to address production challenges
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and present solutions
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and system security fundamentals
- Experience with cloud technologies and related tools
Responsibilities
- Design, create, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies, integrating existing systems and tools
- Conduct code and design reviews, communicating updates to stakeholders for effective operation and planning
- Develop complex algorithms to meet business requirements
- Tackle and resolve challenging application and system issues by managing end-to-end troubleshooting
- Mentor and coach fellow engineers on system design, development, and maintenance
- Review code created by team members
- Influence and shape the architectural standards and quality benchmarks of the domain
- Identify and optimize system performance issues, including managing technical debt
- Ensure business-related risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to policies
