Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, databases, and product management tools
- Extensive knowledge of various technical software delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and process flows to streamline operations
- Proficient in Process Engineering methodologies
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and develop user stories
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to grasp business strategies and visions
- Write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories and features to support effective solutions while balancing investment and value
- Maintain a prioritized backlog for Agile teams, including user stories with acceptance criteria
- Review I/T and business development outputs to ensure acceptance criteria are met
- Act as the business representative for delivery teams, embodying the customers perspective
- Participate in cross-functional teams for development, implementation, and release aligned with program roadmaps
- Document relevant business processes and gain an understanding of needs and risks
- Prepare the business for changes and implement strategies for adoption and risk management
- Oversee development, testing, and controls using various technologies
- Seek opportunities to enhance business development and execution
- Mentor and coach other Product Owners
- Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks according to policies and procedures
